Maybe she just saw you staring at her chest and figured if she flirted with you, you would go ahead and super size your combo. They get raises and bonuses for upselling, you know. She was probably just trying to win some contest.
I wouldn't worry about it anyway. She's about 80 years old. I think that she's kinda out of your territory.
