He covers my eyes when a man is naked on TV screen, but he doesn't do that if it's a naked woman. I'm not a young kid, I'm in my early 40's. Why is he behaving this way?

Most guys unless their gay don't like to see other guys naked, I know my husband often wants to change the channel if there is too much male nudity. They may feel insecure...like if they watch it , they are gay. Or they may just feel inadequate knowing you are watching another hot guy naked...and fear that they don't measure up. Honestly, I feel akward and weird when there are naked chicks on the t.v. and my husband is sitting next to me, but not when it's a guy. I know it's weird, some people are just uncomfortable with seeing the same sex naked with their partner there...or simply would just rather not see it. I wouldn't worry about it, to each their own. He just simply doesn't care to see another dude naked, if he's straight, that seems perfectly normal to me.

I am 25 when my parents were older they used to put their hands up so I couldn't see or stand in front of the tv. As a joke I do it to my boyfriend every once in a while....ofcoarse he pushes me away....when I was 16 I used to get really jealous of my boyfriends looking a naked women...still am a little I suppose but I am also bisexual I am turned on by the naked women myself....so in a way I figure if I'm turned on maybe he is too. If that helps you any.

Probably because he wants to be the only man you see naked, you can discuss this or turn the tables and do your own eye covering. The ball is in your court, good luck to you, hope the final outcome is what you want it to be.

He might feel insecure about himself and doesn't want you to find another man attractive or arousing, especially if hes just started to act that way. I'm presuming he's in his 40's as well and some men just seem to get more self conscious as they get older. Ask him why he does it to find out for sure. Good Luck!

He probably just wants to protect you, and doesn't want you to see other naked men. Since you're a woman yourself, seeing naked women is alright.

It's strange. My husband and I sit in separate recliners at night but he still wouldn't do anything like that. It's just a tv show.
