The Notebook.
I will literally cry from the very beginning to the very end while the credits roll.
Two winters ago I was home sick with a severe head cold. My doctor told me that I would be out of work for several day to a week. Since I was home bored I rented a few movies to watch, one of which being The Notebook. I swear I cried so much that it made my sinuses completely clear and cured my head cold. I could finally breath. I went back to work the next day.
