Are there any scenes of sex or nudity in the film Heathers? I'm just
14 years old and my parents are a bit strict about these things and I really really want to watch this classic.

I don't think so, but Heathers might be kinda harsh for your parents. It's a great film, though. Sneak out and watch it. It'll be worth it.

I've always liked this black comedy (a similar movie, not quite as good, is Jawbreaker). I would think a 14 year old is old enough to see it.

Yes, there are. Two guys running nude in the woods. It's not a movie for a 14 year old.
