Of course. The US government has become one of the world's most statist governments. Too many people want the government to do even more to destroy the economy.

We need to get a president who will start to dismantle the Federal Government. Unfortunately, we've got a neo-con in the White House who has doubled the size of the Department of Education and created the biggest new income redistribution (government-sponsored theft) program since LBJ. We've got a Congress that is passing the Employee "Free Choice" Act, which eliminates the Secret Ballot to unionize, making it easier for union parasites to intimidate a workplace into unionizing. Instead of that, we need a law prohibiting corporate campaigns by unions, such as the Wal-Mart bashing nonsense. Unions are run by closet communists anyways.

Maybe someday, a president who isn't a socialist will be elected and restore Capitalism in America. Maybe that can happen in 2008. However, this is not going to happen as long as the left-liberals and the neo-conservatives control the 2 "electable" parties.

We need to get the money back on the Gold Standard. Then we'll see the statist US Government dismantled when it can't counterfeit money anymore.

So, I retired from the military and went back to school. Still, after having graduated, I coudn't get a job. So, my wife and I cashed in the last of our stocks and opened a small business. We've been at it for three years now and with each passing year, we've just about doubled our business from the year prior. Yesterday, we were served notice that our roadside sign is illegal and must be taken down within thirty days. I admit, I did not get a permit to advertise. But really. Come on, it's a small community -- or at least it was when we opened shop. Now it seems everyone and his brother is movng in. Their bulldozing in the trees and houses that used to go for less than $100,000 are suddenly going for $500,000. For three years, my sign has been up, and we serve the local law enforcement and no one said anything -- now suddenly my one and only sign is a problem? I have to pay an added $55 a year (provided my sign is approved) to keep my sign up. Just what we need, more government. I've been contemplating suing the horse's hind end that has suddenly decided to do his job. Where's he been over the last three years? I've been paying his wages, where's he been? Seems pretty arbitrary. I'm half expecting to be put out by some big wheel schmuck using the imminent domain deal.
Is it illegal to be in business here? No, but you'd be shocked at the number of palms that have to be greesed.

So you're suggesting we become like China!? Chinese industry is creating huge pollution issues and destroying their environment. Lack of regulation allowed a Chinese manufacturer to churn out contaminated food products that are poisoning pets all over the country. Chinese labor practices send 100s of thousand of immigrants to the U.S. and elsewhere every year and prompt outrage and condemnation in Western countries. Bill Gates Sr, Warren Buffett, and a host of other super-rich say that taxes on the rich are too low. Anti-trust laws were passed to keep a few powerful people from taking over everything and killing competition. America has more billionaires and millionaires than any other nation. DO YOU HAVE ANY ACTUAL POINT?

unlawful immigration motives many complications it quite is for particular. that's an undeniable actuality. Given your estimate of 20 million illegals enable's proceed from there. enable's say even a million/3 of them are retaining jobs. it quite is almost 7 million human beings interior the artwork tension. Contributing to the tax base etc. that should go away 7 million pastime vacancies. might our united states of america be waiting to guard that many leaving the artwork tension? probable no longer. might human beings step into those jobs for the pay provided? probable no longer. businesses base line is earnings. might they strengthen wages to get human beings to artwork those jobs? probable no longer. greater businesses might start to outsource. for that reason leaving many human beings out of jobs that now carry jobs. Our entire united states of america might give way and the super melancholy might look like a cakewalk. As i've got stated unlawful immigration is incorrect and needs to provide up. yet we additionally could desire to be sensible on deporting as you assert 20 million human beings. have faith me...it won't take place for countless motives. So we could pass forward and think of of sensible a thank you to handle the region to hand and additionally insure the unlawful concern is stemmed interior the destiny. greater effective border protection and visa structures could desire to be taken care of first and preferable so the region does not gradually worsen. as quickly as the bypass is stopped we are able to then artwork on what to do with those already here.

EPA is bad, give you that. Dept of labor.. umm so you want to under pay people? I guess you are for illegal immigration then? The laws and restrictions are not set up to make your business go bankrupt. They are set up to make a fair playing field and to respect the citizens of the US. Kinda lost on what you mean here.

I don't really agree with your line of thinking...

Companies that are greedy WILL and SHOULD get busted.

Business is supposed to help the people... not the business owner alone... sorry that's America for you...

Capitalist and greedy have become synonyms these days.

I'm willing to bet you're sitting prettier than others in your community, huh?

How can you justify the Vice President taking your tax money in the form of "shares" that was supposed to rebuild one of our beautiful cities and then moving the whole company to Dubai so he can set up an oil camp and make more money?

I hate Chinese crap from Wal-Mart.
And you know what? Chinese people hate it too... we are abusing their children via slave labor!
