"Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair"???

...for months, going on years now, I have heard about the reportedly eventual (limited) theatrical release, as well as the special edition DVD release of director Quentin Tarantino's "Kill Bill Volumes 1 & 2", but edited together in the original form it was meant to be seen, entitled "Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair". Article after article have I read, all stating that it was going to happen (or based upon the date of the articles, it should really have already happened).

...surely someone out there knows SOMETHING by now!!!!

Have you seen this dvd and packaging? it is not the packaging or disc of volI or II
