I cried about three years ago.
I as a parent had this great authority to give permission for a long painful operation that my daughter needed.I cried not about the operation but about this power we as parents have. The operation could have gone either way.Yet I took a chance with my daughter's life.

Man, I cry everyday. Well I was crying a few minutes ago because I just watched the last Gilmore Girls and Lorelei kissed Luke and I knew this was the last episode. I am such a silly emotional ball of yuck.

Almost all day today. My dear friend has been diagnosed with breast cancer. I love her like a sister and I am so sad that she had this awful fight ahead of her. She is 56 years old and only weighs 85 pounds as she has battled anorexia her entire life. I hope we don't lose her now but I am scared - so is her family. If you can spare a prayer please ask for Karen.

tonite, for a combination of reasons. I watched THE SOPRANOs on HBO and the scene with the son trying to drown himself really got to me. He was weeping so hard. His Dad saved him and it brought up memories of my childhood and my deceased Father. I miss him so much, especially on Sunday nites. He used to lock the doors at about 11 pm. His ritual and now I usually do it and when I lock the doors, I remember him, too. He died 6 years ago. People die, but love NEVER does.

A couple of days ago. I was talking to some friends about the house my husbands mother picked out before she passed away 25 years ago and how my step-mother-in-law could sell it so my husband doesn't get it when she dies. Confused? Yeah, it's complicated.

This past week. I had a really hard day at work. Something bad happened that affected all of my team mates and we all cried. I'm a social worker in child protection and sometimes we get really hard cases.
