AL MVP: Josh Hamilton if he finishes at the top of the RBI rankings just because of how good he is and that the voters love stories like his. NL MVP: Chase Utley/Carlos Delgado, both are having very good years, it may come down to which team wins the east. AL Cy Young: Cliff Lee, no question you can't fight the argument of 21 wins (and counting) and MLB ERA leader. So what if the Indians are under .500, that doesn't mean that they can still have some of the best players in the league. NL Cy Young: Tim Lincecum, same argument as Lee, although he doesn't have 20 wins.

Well, the voting isn't even close to starting so no one really would know.
Even guessing based on "if the season ended today" is a wild one, only being 6 weeks in.
But,
Burkett (AL Cy)
Rodriguez (AL MVP)
Sheets (NL CY)
Reyes (NL MVP)
would be front runners at this moment I would think.

AL is going to Beckett and the NL is going to Marquis. Voters like comeback stories in the Cy young and other voting.

We'll find out in November.
What is with this genuinely weird fascination with asking prediction questions? Who's going to win this game, that series, those awards, when will Bonds get there, what game will Biggio do it... other than starting pitchers for the next few games, baseball defies reliable predictability. If anyone had such prescience, he'd be cleaning up at the Vegas sports books.
Look at the stats and the calendar and take a guess. It's as good a method as asking here, and maybe the asker will learn something worth knowing.
