Fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and fish, water, skim milk, no fast food is really going to be healthy for you, even mcdonald's salads are loaded with sugar.

Well if you are dining out and eating at fast food and Subway isn't on the list...I would choose a bean burrito at taco bell, high in protein and 9 grams of fat.
White Castle burgers have the best quality meat, and since there is little of it. It is of the leanest red meat burgers out there. I'd only get two of those. Stay away from Burger King,Pizza joints. Order your food with little carbs, and order your items without cheese

i like stir fry's
u can put any veggies u like in it, usually meat of some sort, fry it up in a wok (u only use like a teaspoon or less of oil, some don't need any)
u can serve it on rice or pasta or just by itself
u know what u put into it, all fresh veggies and meat. u don't boil the vitamins out of the veggies. use healthy meat (turkey, chicken, lean beef, or tofu, etc)
can be made quickly and easily to suit any taste, dietary needs, or budget. email me if u want and i'll get u some recipes

Get a salad, or pasta with red sauce, or a veggie pizza. Or if you have a Middle Eastern type restaurant, that is not too bad. Japanese is pretty healthy.

Well the best thing is to stay away from pork all together. White rice with vegetables or chicken is great for you.
