I just say 28 weeks later and I must say it was very interesting. I was somewhat disappointed about the ending but the movie was o.k. If you saw the movie what part did you like best or didn't like? For me, I hated the way the snipers were shooting the innocent people but I understand that they didn't know who was infected. What did you think of the movie?

The first person camera shots and the music did a very good job in creating a high level of panic for the viewers and how the soldiers interacted with each other was hilariously accurate (we constantly give eachother crap about everthing, but it's all in good fun) I've heard some say that it sucked because it lacked in character development, but I think that was done on purpous, and that it was meant to be more of a summation and answer to the big question that everyone was wondering from the first movie:Did it really spread to everwhere else? My only complaint is that how they dealt with the kids' mom (not very realistic for the military). The father wouldn't have had access to the building, there would've been 24 hour armed guards outside of the room, and they most likely would've euthanised the mom immediately upon the discovery that she had had contact w/ the infected. Sad but neccessary. Also, I want to know what the hell happened to Collin and Selena.

I never saw the 28 Days Later before but got the idea what this one was gonna be like. I never know they can turn into one of the infected that fast! I was like,"Wwwow, soo fast!". Mad virus alright =D. Overall I thought the movie was good.
Out of the whole movie...I did not like the character Don at all. He fled and left his wife for the sake of his own life >=(, he turned into the infected and killed his wife in the infirmary (ugh!). Scarlet went far near the end to help the 2 just to get brutally beaten with her own weapon.
A question on my mind was...what was the cause of the crash besides the pilot getting bitten? Infected somehow, and the 2 young ones?
Looks like the ending really isn't the end of the virus? Looks like there could be another sequel...in Paris.

without giving too much away

SPOILER

i really loved the helicopter vs. the infected scene. it was much better done than in the recent Planet Terror film.

but there were a lot of great action scenes in it.

the ending was kind of expected though i think. first 28 Days, next 28 Weeks--can 28 Months be very far behind?

highly recommended to action fans--but don't expect a lot of logic from some of the characters.

I left this movie feeling so down and disturbed. That said, it was an excellent movie. It did what it set out to do.... amke you think, and make you horrified. SSUCH a smart movie.

My favourite scene was actually the last one..... Andy's anitbodies held off the infection just long enough for them to fly to France...... now the infection is spreading worlwide. Absolutely terrifying.

I really enjoyed it. I think it was better than the original. I hope there is not a third one. I'd like the series to end on a high note.
