Where do you wear lolita style clothing?

I would like to start wearing lolita because it's so pretty so where would I wear these dresses? I spend most of my time in southern Florida and I am aware I would stick out really bad there wearing lolita.

wear it wherever u want...who cares if u stick out or not??? what other people think doesn`t really matter!!! i`d rather stick out, than blend in with the crowd!!!
