I think I have one year when I was 8 or 9 years old that life just breezed by..and I was one year older suddenly

Looking back, every year seems to have breezed by. At the time they all seem to go by slowly, but as they pass you suddenly realise that it's 5 years since x happened or it's y years since another event and it doesn't seem so long ago.
As others have said the older one gets the faster time seems to have gone. To the youngsters who have answered this question - Live Life for now as it will soon be a distant memory.

I think when you're younger it seems to breeze by more than when you're older. I can barely remember what I did when I was 16 and I'm 18 now and it seems to be dragging on. All I can say is to not worry about it flying by just enjoy it.

I think the year would be when I was really really young like when I was only 2 years old. I can't seem to remember any of it but I know it breezed by for sure.

Now that I'm late 40's time just seems to breeze by...the years are going by quickly!

the last 15 - 20 yrs just breezed by.

They really go much faster as you get older.

I'll have to agree with you. 9 years old was a very happy time for me even tho the worst thing in the world happend just before.

well usually, all the change makes it seem like less time so all my years kinda breeze by... feels like yesterday i was 16

my final year in school....not coz there wasn't much change.infact,there were many changes.but it just breezed by.before i knew it i was a school girl no longer.
