The answer to your question is no he will not pardon her and if he does it is a move that is unwise for his political interests - there are more important things happening in the world than what is happening to a "spoiled" rich kid who thinks she is above the law just because her daddy owns a chain of hotels!
I think she will learn nothing from the experience and will want to make some sort of documentary - she is so fixed on attention seeking. Which everyone has been a witness to when she started stamping her feet and starting a petition to send to the Govener. As for a Pardon thats a laugh, shes not innocent and thank god she didn't kill anyone while driving not only intoxicated but with out a license and insurance. She deserves everything she has gotten in a court of law and more.
As for Paris herself, she didn't just violate the conditions of her "parole" once she did it twice 1 more time than any normal citizen could have done. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.
As they say if you don't want to do the time than don't do the crime.
When she was put on Parole she was given conditions which would have not only been read out to her in court but would have also been given to her and her lawyer to read and go over.
Celebrities know they are in the public eye and therefore whether they like it or not are considered to be "roll models" for young kids, and they should act accordingly. And if she is let off young kids who think she is the best thing since sliced bread will be saying well if she can get away with it so can I....
Do I think the court gave a fair and just sentence - Yes I do in fact it should have been longer.
I also think the judge in the case was right not to put her in a "celebrity prison" where its all fun and games. I also think the judge should have sentence her to a rehab and as she likes to get behind the wheel of a car after drinking he should have sentenced her to work with the fire and rescue units that have to see the aftermath of drunk driving. Perhaps a stint in the morgue with victims of Drunk Driving are often taken after an accident.
I also think the judge should make her make a dontation to MADD and SADD and perhaps talk to some parents or families of people who have lost kids and family members to drunk drivers
My advise to Paris Hilton is For God's sake girl wake up and smell the coffee, the world does not revolve around you and I am surprised that your parents are not ashamed of you! You also need to see that you are not the be all and end all that you think you are, and the sooner you realise that you are no better than anyone else the better. Take your punishment and learn something from it and stop your whining and throwing a fit that makes the worst 2 year old fit look like a walk in the park. Grow up you only have yourself to blame for the position you are in!!!
I do apologise for going on but these spoiled rich kids are not above the law and its time that they found out that they cant be rescued from serving time for the crimes they commit just because daddy or mommy will pay to get them off the hook!

He wont pardon her cause most likely she wont serve much if any of the 45 day sentence.Michele Rodriguez of lost was sentenced to 60 days last year and only served a few hours before being released due to overcrowding. P. Hilton will do the same. it's too bad cause if anybody deserves a reality check its her.

I think that she got what she deserved. She broke the law and you don't need a pardon from the Gov. to get out of jail. It's just jail not the fedral pen, but had she killed someone with her antics would that have been better? Would she still be wanting or even worthy of a pardon?

Paris Hilton belongs in jail. The street will not be safe till she is locked up. It's only going to cost tax payers around $40.000 to keep her in jail for 45 days. She is a high profile prisoner and will have her own cell. She will not be in general population. She won't be very happy in jail. But when she gets out she will be the biggest news story in the world. And she will still be beautiful and very, very, very RICH. And we will still be JEALOUS and very, very not beautiful or RICH. Do Dah Do Dah

Oh please, anyone who really believes for one second that Paris Hilton is going to be put in a cell with the other inmates is only kidding themselves. Look at Martha Stewart, and all the luxuries that she had "while in prison."
Do I think it's right?
No I don't.
But believe me, she will have plenty of luxury for her 45 days in jail, IF she even gets put in jail!

I think the CHAIN GANG should be brought back be a good place for her a little work might do her good but no instead she'll go to rich mans prison if she doesn't get off but really is what she did a reason to go to Jail anyhow I don't believe so but I do think community service would be good bout 4000 hours or so!!! Why should we the Taxpayers pay to put someone up for there Irresponsiblity let her work it off!!!

If Arnold wants her to live, he will not pardon her. She is on the road to destruction and her associates won't or can't stop her. Jail is the only way she will sober up long enough to use her brains, before she kills herself or somebody else.
Her reluctance to take responsibility typical of people with substance abuse problems.

If the judge has the right to sentance her to the max, then he should do it. Even if he doesn't with normal people since normal people actually LOSE THEIR JOBS when they are gone for that long and need that extra time to go back to work. If she wants to SELL her public persona, then she better damn well realize that kids are buying it and she makes enough $ off of it to know better than to break the law. You want to sell "disrespecting authority" and "I don't read things, I just sign them" to kids? Face. The. Consequences. Biotch.
