The Greatest officially recorded number of children born to one mother is 69, 67 of them survived infancy. In twenty-seven different pregnancies she gave birth to 16 pairs of twins, 7 sets of triplets and 4 sets of quadruplets. . She spent about 20 years and three months of her life pregnant. She is a Russian Peasant and holds the record since 1700's
The modern world record for giving birth is held by Leontina Albina from San Antonio, Chile. Leontina claims to be the mother of 64 children, of which only 55 of them are documented. She is listed in the 1999 Guinness World Records but dropped from later editions."

the most babies to one woman was in the 1700s to a woman in Russia. She had 69 children!!!! Look up the first wife of Feodor Vassilyev.

That is a LOT of multiple births! And in a time without fertility medication! You think she'd have noticed a pattern by baby 60!!!

there's a guy in my psychology class who has 25 brothers and sisters, none of them adopted, none of them twins. I don't know if that's a record but it's certainly pretty remarkable. Generally women are only capable of having between 18-22 kids.
