On the one hand, they have lost valuable resources and some of their top leadership. On the other hand, they have gained support by appearing to their base to be martyrs and victims. Since we went over there so they wouldn't come to fight us over here, it was relatively easy to paint us as the aggressors. This was further exacerbated by the fact that we went into Iraq on a false claim of weapons of mass destruction, and tried to cover up the mistake by invoking 9-11, when none of the terrorists came from Iraq. This organization can get money as long as we need oil, so in the long run, I cannot predict that we have done them much damage, and politically we seem to be playing right into their hands!

Much of their upper management has been killed or imprisoned. That has damaged their infrastructure making them less organized and less dangerous. In short, they are weaker because highly skilled management is hard to find, ones without morals, religious fanatics, are even more difficult to find. If the pressure is kept on them they will eventually degenerate into a mass of squabbling factions with no real leadership.
You'll notice that the Iraqi government, the democratically elected ones representing the people, has requested we not leave yet. It doesn't sound much like a country eager for us to leave to me. but then, what do I know? I'm not a liberal.

they're desperate, a ways much less prepared and much less sensible in making plans and executing a plan which incorporate handed off on 9/11. they're resorting to recruiting human beings to terror who might routinely be their financial supporters. In could and June, American led forces killed or captured 26 greater alQaeda leaders and have heavily crippled their activities. assume greater assaults as they attempt and reassert their presence and attempt desperately to cajole the yank public that they are greater and greater prepared than ever. It merely isn't actual - the corporation, based by Bin encumbered, has grow to be rag tag, unorganized communities of thugs and murderers hell bent on an ideology of hatred and dominance.

Killing terrorists makes them weaker. It amuses me how liberal heathens who hate Bush say dead terrorists are stronger than live ones.
Al Qaeda is only one head of the islamofascist snake, and Iran is the biggest head. To kill this snake we must chop off every one of its heads.
The snake is now weaker, but the snake has many friends among the Democrats in the US Congress. Bush-hating liberal Democrats pose a greater threat to America than the islamofascists who would love to kill every liberal Bush is trying to protect.
Wake up and smell the jihad, and the treason...

First, Al Qaeds is NOT the only terrorist group, or even the largest; nor is it even a single thing, but is a bunch of groups working autonomously.
That out of the way.
The evidence is overwhelming that Bush's policies of torture and mass murder have swelled the ranks of the terrorists.
And terrorist attacks throughout the world have sky-rocketed.
This is a predictable consequence of abandoning human rights.
In fact, a lot of us predicted it.
Aside from the immorality, it was one of the reasons we've opposed both torture and the invasion of Iraq.

I think they're stronger. They're on a world stage now and they're loving it, and all I hear the world talk about is how the US is the biggest obstacle to peace.
