I'd look in your yellow pages to see if there is a shoe repair shop around. I know we are talking about a purse and not shoes but a cobbler (shoe repairman) may be able to either do the work or advise you on who to go see to get it done right. If not try a tailor or an upholsterer. It's a nice purse, don't mess it up by experimenting with crazy glue or hot glue. If none of those people can help you go to a local craft/sewing shop. Bring the purse and perhaps someone there can give you ideas or maybe you can purchase new handles to put on the bag alltogether.
If it's an antique, (Louis Vutton has been around for a while) you may want to look into it's worth. Many collectors don't like things to be repaired. I think that a useful purse is better but collectors are funny that way. Bring it to an antique shop but don't settle on the first offer (of you are given one) and do a lot more research on it. Hey, maybe a person who runs an antique shop may be able to help you find someone who can repair it properly if the other suggestions pan out.

Seek a pro and you'll have a really nice useful purse.

Good luck.

You could try to replace the handle with one similar from other cheaper purse that could could find on sale or that you already have...does not need to be the same as long as it looks decent.

Go to a shoe repair shop - they will tell you how much it will be to fix it. If it's a good purse, it's usually worth the money.

ypu could buy new ones.
depending on how they are breaking ur could sew them back together or u could tie it in a cute knot
you could take them off and put fabric on as handles
u could turn it into a clucth (depending on size)
If it is breakin at ends u may be able to hook it on using metal rings

it is a relative to how it is breaking
