The sign just says "no shoes, no shirt." It doesn't say one thing about pants.

This is a very odd question indeed but, I wouldn't imagine that you wouldnt receive service just because you don't have pants on because I believe the policy is "no shirt, no shoes, no service" in most places. However, if you aren't wearing underwear I would imagine that you would get arrested before you had the chance to receive service. Just a thought.

I wish I'd get serviced if I had no pants on in a restaurant. Everytime I have ever taken pants off in a restaurant the police show up.

Not in the restaurant...but when they kick you out the back door into the alley, you might just get yourself serviced. lol

haha! oh my gosh my friend just asked that @ a six flags park we went to. maybe you should try it, tell them to look over their rules and find something wrong with it, not promising they won't but it's worth a shot!
