It is possible to have long legs but if you do not, I bet your legs are pretty nice anyway.

Probably not.
But 5'4" is more average than short.
I have a very short waist, so I look about 5'4" when I sit. But my legs are the same length as my friend who is 6'2"-- so I am 5'7".
Sooo, I do have very long legs, but I get more attention from guys for my smile than my legs.
I'm sure you have something special about you too. Emphasize that and don't worry about the long legs. They are overrated and just make it hard to find pants that fit in length.

The answer is yes because, I was at a Harley Motercycle party, and I saw a girl that was about 5'4 and her legs were 3 5th's the length of her whole body length. No joke!

She can have long legs and a short torso. You bet, I knew a very tiny petit thing with the sexiest legs I have ever seen. In fact, I never understood the term "leg men" until I saw her in a dress. Then I was like, well shoot, why didnt I get those gams?

Yes- I'm living proof of that. I'm only five feet tall, and I get compliments on my legs all the time. Part of the reason is that is my legs take up a good portion of my body, so they're long for my body. Also, I wear heels all the time.

yes some women do have long legs regardless of their height but then it comes with a short torso. usually they are very slender

You'll want to look for styles that elongate your legs and show off your best assets.

Yes, its possible. You just have to wear the right shoes. Nothing that can shorten your legs, and make them look pudgy.
