I know there is nothing wrong with it. Just will not turn over like there is some type of safety feature. Dropped it at a low speed on the left side.

It could be hydrolocked too - this can damage the engine if not corrected. Don't try to start it any more until you check this! Oil can get pumped up in the combustion chamber if the bike fell over and then kept running.

Pull the plugs and then see if it will turn over! If so, that should clear the oil out of the cylinders. Some models have a hydrolock sensor that shuts of the bike in the event of a crash - so you might want to check this out also.

Always give year. make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
Depending on the year of your bike, newer CBRs have a "bank angle" sensor.
When the bike lays over to the side, further than the footpegs touching the ground, the bank angle sensor thinks the bike was in an accident and turns off the ignition.
The sensor may have been tripped and won't reset. Suzuki GSXRs had that problem.

Danny you have to put the clocks back. Normally there are a rev limiter in the rev counter and if it`s not connected the engine management system get a signal that the revolutions is too high. Then it will not start.
BTW if this was a light crash and the clocks are broken what do you consider a heavy crash ?

Disconnect the battery for about a minute.
This should reset any sensor that it has.
If this doesnt work, check your fuses.
