Before You Lose All Feeling In Them...?

I've been sitting cross-legged here now for about... well.. a little over half an hour... I've just realized I've lost all feeling in my feet... and am afraid to move...

haha...I just realized I'm sitting on my feet too!!!
And my left foot has fallen asleep!

This was why a traditional Japanese family could never adopt me. Gotta live here in the west, sitting upright in a chair at the dinner table.

I feel your concern. I can sit on my feet for a long period of time, it's the getting up and walking again, that's the problem...lol!

Usually about an hour before everything starts to go numb

Its just the lood circulation. Once you get up it will feel all tickly and prickly. Then once you walk around a bit it will feel normal LOL

LOL. . .I have done that before it is pretty painful once they thaw out. I try and not sit on them, but everytime I do I forget and wind up suffering later :(
