Do you like Rush Limbaugh?

Question

I have heard him mock Cindy Sheehan, the grieving mother of the young solider who died on the field of battle in Iraq.
Pfc Casey Sheehan died to protect the freedom Rush Limbaugh lives in to make fun of his grieving mother.
Truly Rush Limbaugh can only be described as wicked and evil, but I have peace in knowing that God who is righteous and respects no man's person will bring Rush Limbaugh into judgment.
I am deeply offended by Rush Limbaugh's constant mockery and criticism of a mother whose son died in Iraq for HIS freedom.
The guy truly is a monster posing as a smart republican who knows what is best for the country.
What do you folks think?

Rush is the perfect role model of a blowhard...oh...and a junkie. I can listen to him for about 3 1/2 seconds before I want to drill into my head. He's an idiot and I am clueless as to why he is still on the air...not because he is to offensive...just because he is a moron and I wonder why anyone wants to listen to that hack.

If the only reason you dislike Rush is because she mocks Mrs Sheehan, then you haven't heard him much. Cindy is a nutcase IMHO, and she is a fool to boot. She allowed the Liberals to take advantage of her case to make lots of bleeding hearts bleed. You fell for the trick. The people she serves could care less about her son, nor the hundreds of thousands of other GIs in uniform. I am not crazy about Rush these days neither, but Mrs Sheehan is is a whack-job and shouldn't be the case against which Rush should be judged. Why don't you do some serious study on the fallen soldier's mom and find out more about her so you can understand Mr Limbaugh's position. Oh, and also....lighten up!

I think you are a young, misguided woman. I agree that Rush Limbaugh has an outrageous style, but he speaks the truth. He admires Casey Sheehan and is eternally grateful for the ultimate sacrifice that Casey gave for his country. What he is mocking is the equally outrageous acts of Casey's mother. I urge you to find the true story of Cindy Sheehan who is exploiting her son's death to further her own political views and association with the far left. .

The Sheehan family issued a moving statement disassociating themselves from Cindy Sheehan: "The Sheehan Family lost our beloved Casey in the Iraq War and we have been silently, respectfully grieving. We do not agree with the political motivations and publicity tactics of Cindy Sheehan. She now appears to be promoting her own personal agenda and notoriety at the the expense of her son's good name and reputation. The rest of the Sheehan Family supports the troops, our country, and our President, silently, with prayer and respect."

i don't know...i don't listen to him...but how about the constant mockery of many liberals who hate bush...are they much different...by they way...i think Cindy Sheehan has lost focus...her family disowned her and are ashamed of what she is doing...i would have done the same if i were them...there is a point in your life were you move on...bad things happen to everyone...many sons and daughters have died...what makes her more special than the others...because she opposes the war while other support the war...and it is a typical liberal who can't separate what someone believes and supports and who they are as a person...do you LIKE Rush Limbaugh?" how do you know if you like him or not because of what he says on the radio...you have never met him...he might be a cool guy if you don't talk politics with him...

Pfc Casey Sheehan was a great American. He enlisted in spite of his mother. They did not see eye to eye on that issue.

Do you think Cindy Sheehan is respecting her son's memory by going anywhere there is a camera and soiling everything that her son died for? Do you think Casey would agree with her whoring herself out to thelikes of MoveOn.org for her 15 minutes of fame?

Oh cry me a river.... Cindy used her son's death to push her own addenda. It is quite clear that you have *never* actually listened to Limbaugh or any other voice of the Right. Grief does not give one a pass on everything. You put yourself in the political arena you should expect to have opposition *NO MATTER WHAT POSITION YOU TAKE* if you can't stand the heat stay out of the kitchen. My personal views of Cindy wouldn't stand being printed here.

About Cindy Sheehan, she actually met with Bush a bit after her son died (r.i.p. casey) and said good things about him. But now, she has completely turned around and is bashing him nonstop. There is a war on terror going on, and well, she hasn't realized that bush didn't kill her son, muslim extremists did. Bush isnt the cause of terrorism, muslim terrorism goes way back to 79. So he has respect for Casey, but not Cindy, who he feels is disgracing him by saying bush killed him. Thats just wrong. And by the way, numerous times she has said there is no difference between the terrorists and our guys fighting, so she thinks american soldiers are terrorists. Rush is actually defending the army by protesting her. Hey, just one man's opinion. Rush has done some bad things, and he is a bushbot usually, but he has his heart in the right place.

Okay, my first question is why do you listen to him then? Next if you notice he didn't mock Pfc Sheehan. I feel sorry for Cindy Sheehan I know this must be tough, but it if she puts herself in the public spotlight she will be "mocked" by other public figures. I happen to think she likes the attention. If she doesn't she could do as so many other families have done and morn in private.
