Great signal and clarity, but it does not hold a charge for very long at all, I have to charge mine almost every day. I still love it though@!

the ups first. let's make you happy then make you cry.
OK, so the best thing about the motorazr is that it is a little bit sleeker than many phone. But it's behind as of now. the sleekness also gives you a very smart design and also it feels good while you hold it. of course, from inside, it's not really the best phone. you can install java application. something that is common in almost every phone. you have an Mp3 player. though, i doubt if you will be able to use it much as the plain razr has no memory card slot or enough memory. the Graphical User interface is a little bit newer than older phones but it's outdated.
That's the only thing you will find good in the razr.
now, my favourite part. the downs.
first of all no memory
old version of bluetooth
outdated Graphical user interface
outdated firmware(software)
vga camerra (very dumb for phones these days) basically takes tiny pictures. really bad quality
no EDGE or any other high speed internet.
the list is endless.
i could go on all day but i don't have time. so goodbye.
apart from the looks, it's nothing much.
and, if you buy it. you won't have anything unique.

My husband and I decided to get in with the new technology and bought the newest version of the Razr. We figured this would save us all the anxieties we've had with the free phone promotions we've bought in to. We were wrong. The Razrs have been the worst phones either of us have owned. They rarely ring (meaning we miss a lot of phone calls) and it barely ever tells us when we have voice mails. They also need to be charged after every 30 minutes of phone talk (even though they boast a 3.6 hr of continuous talk time). We haven't had any of the breakage problems that others listed. It's also overpriced considering all the problems we've had. It's not our phone service because we kept the say phone service we've had for two years. The only good thing about the Razr is that it does have a pretty good camera for a cell.

The razr was one of the crapiest phones i have ever owned. Sure it got ok reception and was small but the menu interface was absolutely terriable to use, it didnt hold a charge for longer then a couple of hours, its camera took blury pictures and it finally ended up breaking on me. I would look at something like sonys w810i or the w800i after the crappy razor I got the sony w800i and its probably the best phone i have ever owned. Long battery and a great camera, unlike the razor.

well razrs are okay. they are getting pretty old now. my sister and dad have one. they break pretty easily (so u have to be gentle with the closing and opening of them) they are great if u have small pockets

if i were u, id go for a newer model with the latest features. razrs are getting too old and its pretty annoying seeing a lot of people with them when there are many other unique models out there

ups: A very thin phone.
downs: shoddy workmanship. (they are worthless when You really need them)
try a Samsung M 610 Power Vision Phone. web, T.V., on demand, music, media player, a 2.0 mega pixel camera, Blue Tooth and, it is thinner than, the Razr.

i have one, they are generally good if you don't like the feeling of them in your pocket or hate carrying around a bulky phone, but they are easy to break and the buttons begin to wear and tear after a few months. i got one 6 months ago and was thrilled, but now i wouldn't recommend one to anybody.

They are great phones...but they break VERY easily, if you even drop them....even on carpet....they just get killed......and they are hard to hold just in your hand....everythings good except for that, just get a case for 'em and it's a great phone.
