Okay, if you have the script before the audition then memorize where the part where the character you are auditioning for has the most lines. If you don't already have a script then what you do is take a part from another play and spit out a scene of that. Have everything memorized. :]

memorise u script before u and please dont show your nervous or scared .Be yourself normal self like you feel when u at home relaxin or chillin out with u friends and keep your chin up and smile guarrenteed u be a excellent actor.Good luck
