As a former Army infantryman, I can tell you this: As you exercise and exert pressure, weight, and, well...punishment on your feet, they swell. After several hours of exercise, your feet may expand, causing your toes to rub. (In my case, after road marching over 25 miles, my toenails dropped off.)

Change your socks frequently, and be sure your shoes aren't too tight. After a hard workout, give your feet a rest along with the rest of your body. Take off your shoes and socks, and let them dogs breath, maybe put some cool water on your feet and wiggle your toes. Add a dash of foot powder, put on a dry, fresh pair of socks, and then give it hell!

They are so far from our brain, the last thing we think about is our feet, but we gotta take care of them.

Last of all, you might wanna try wearing sandals or "flip-flops" on your relaxation hours to give your feet a rest, and have your feet measured at a shoe store to make sure you're getting the correct size.

You probably need a better fit of shoe. Also wear cotton socks to help with absorbing moisture in your feet while playing. In the mean time wrap a couple of band-aids around your toes where it rubs to allow your feet time to heal. Enjoy your tennis.

well you can get the right sneakers. You have to get the right shoes for any occasion. Go to your athletic store and ask them. You may also want to put breathable bandaids around the spot you get the blisters. Blisters are caused by friction when you sweat.
