you know, i think the link i'm gonna post for you might actually help you.

On BBC Breakfasty on friday morning they interviewed as girl who had sever scoliosis, and surgery was her only option, BUt....she went on an excercise programme that has come from germany, it's very intense, but it actually, worked, i visually saw the results, but you do have to keep it up as your back will return to it's old position.

You need to see a doc as they will probably want to put you in a brace. This is not something you can self treat.

have your parents take you to a Bowen therapist or a good chiropractor. Both have really good results with managing scoliosis.

Yes it can get better with surgery to place in Harrington rods. You cannot prevent the change, just keep wearing the brace.
