If you're wearing a thong, get a low rise one so that it doesn't show every time you bend over.
They're more comfortable when they're lower on your hip anyway.
For underwear, I don't know..just put them on and see what's comfy.
Are you just starting to wear underwear or something?!
No, I'm kidding, lol. ;)

With thongs you always have a wedgie so it doesnt really matter. lower thongs are nice because they stick out less easily and seem to fit better. It all depends on the size and type of underwear. I like to get a smaller size of underwear because they are tighter and fit better.

Ok big hips get a medium and they should just sit on your hips.
smaller hips obviously get a small but wear them just above the hips unless your wearing jeans then wear them lower otherwise everyone will see them!

I confess that I've worn ladies' panties before only because I was "ordered" to by a most disagreeable and angry woman. As for thongs, I haven't met anyone yet that would "force" me to wear something that stays up your backside. You might as well just go commando.

make them lower. put them on your pelvis bones, so they don't squish your gut. you can't even feel them, and they won't bunch
