Most of the time, waking up tired is your body's lack of water, so make sure you drink at least half a liter before you sleep. Too much sleep can be as bad as not enough sleep as well, and you should balance your sleep. The optimal amount of sleep scientist have come up with is 8 hours. Although some claim that they have conditioned their bodies to need only 5. Finally, last but not least is exercise. Lack of exercise can make you feel lethargic, because your body releases endorphins you need to give you energy, and it's good for your heart. So in conclusion, try these 3 points of advice, and if you still are tired, then you should seek a doctor, it could be something serious that your body is telling you that need professional medical attention.

There are a lot of possible causes for this. It sounds like you do get enough sleep, and as long as it truly is restful sleep, I don't think that's the problem.
It's possible that you may not be exercising enough. Having a sedentary lifestyle tends to make people tired no matter how much sleep they get.
It's also possible that you're eating too much sugar and consuming too much caffeine, which can also cause you to crash.
Try modifying your diet and exercising in the morning, if that doesn't help, see a doctor.

I know how you feel. Sometimes by lunch time, I'm falling asleep. I know (or I'm pretty sure) it's because I don't eat properly, I don't sleep well when I do sleep, and I don't exercise enough.
You might want to start with a checkup at the docs. The can do some blood work and see if there's anything wrong or out of balance. If all checks out, then you might need to work on your diet and excercise.

You might have an infection that you don't know about . Many many people don't know they have gum disease or other tooth problems but this for example is a very serious infection that your body constantly fights and would cause you to feel exhausted . Low energy could be a lot of things but an infection would make you feel tired all the time .

Could be lots of different things to fit your sketchy description of symptoms, but here are a few, Anaemia, Diabetes, Thyroid problems, Vitamin deficiency, plus a whole host of others, some more serious, if you are worried and it sounds like you are, go to your doctor and get checked out, if you're not ill then you know it's just your bodies routine and to change it.
