you cant set them on this type of ignition ,that's all determined by the computer and the cam sensor in it,and the timing chain and gears,but there's really no setting the timing on these other than replacing the chain and gears in it,good luck with it hope this helps.

It is factory set with no adjustments. It advances as necessary by the ECM, (the vehicle's computer) by receiving signals from the cam and crankshaft position sensors. If you are having timing problems, I would recommend that you look at the possibility that the timing chaing has "jumped" timing

depends...tell me what size engine...3.1OHV or 3.3, 3.4, 3.8. and I will send you picture of how to time up engine. If that is what you need.
