See your doctor. This is a sensitive item...if you're young and still on your parent's insurance...the doctors will most likely hand document your visit...but not submit it for transcription.
I'm a fan of planned parenthood and birthright. You can visit them for a test. Every body is different...there's really no true way to tell if you are or not pregnant so early. I didn't think I was with my first son as I had a pregnancy test too early and then I had spotty bleeding for the first 5 months. No morning sickness...and didn't show until 6 months along....I went to the doctor close to 5 months when I felt my baby moving.
Please see a doctor or a clinician of some sort and get a test done. Whatever your decision...you don't want to play guessing games.

Having period like symptoms (like cramping) but not getting a period, breast tenderness, morning sickness usually doesn't show up until around week 6 or 7, but feeling sick to your stomach, feeling very tired or fatigued, sometimes headaches, clear discharge, feeling more emotional, heightened sense of smell
If you have some or all of these symptoms you're best bet would be to confirm with a pregnancy test either over the counter or planned parenthood or a Dr's office ... Good luck.

Well... to know that you are PREGNANT, the best course of action is a pregnancy test, unless you want to wait til you are far enough along to actually feel the little life inside you.

When you've missed a couple of periods, and you've had un-protected sex, and,,,,, your absent minded, forgetting stuff, and when you are so grouchy and bitchy, that you can't even stand to be around you........ and follow that up with horrible head aches....... all those things are a very good sign,,,, then throw in throwing up everything you eat.....especially very early morning, or evening....... OH YEAH,,,, and don't even try alcohol,,, it will make you very ill.

Well if you feel something moving inside you, then you might be pregnant and if you venture to the toilet and out comes a baby, then you KNOW that you were pregnant.

seriously though some woman are super sensitive and know their body very well. so they can detect minor changes quickly some woman claim they can actually feel it happening.
