I was wondering if i could walk my chinchilla around the house on a (raBBit) leash

I mean they make special chinchilla leashes, it has to be okay. Maybe you should get them use to it first by it being around them, then let them drag it around by themselves, then try walking them.

Chinchillas have delicate leg bones and I wouldn't advise using a leash on one for just that reason. They were made to leap and jump. Leashes do not allow for that type of movement without possible injury.

No, no, no, & no! i have 2 chinchillas. when i only had 1 chinchilla, i tried 2 put him on a leash. it is a bad idea. it stresses them out and they r just not ment for leashes. they get too scared and the leash just makes it worse. all they will want to do is get out of that leash. please dont do it. it makes them really scared! w/e u do dont do it please.
