I was very offended by something that happened to my husband today and I personally think he should be hopping mad but he's not, his attitude is that if it happened to him then it didn't happen to someone more sensitive and he's OK about it. I'm having a great deal of difficulty understanding this attitude so if anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.

If you are not going to tell us what happened to him today then how can anyone one decide whether he should be mad about it,or just play it cool,My motto is don't stoop down to anybodies level, just rise above it,your husband sounds like a nice relaxed person, its a shame more people aren't like him there is too much anger and aggression in this world

I kinda gotta agree with your husband. At least it didn't happen to somebody who was more sensitive because that could have been bad in a way. I don't know if that really helps, but I understand your husbands point of view. hope you can eventually understand!

Sleep Apnea will not become a sleep disorder over a period of 2 days. You did not mention if you snore, wake to headaches, fall asleep in class, overweight or have a family history of it. Consider stresses from school, friends, sleep hygine and diet. Google "sleep hygiene" and compare good habits for sleep to your's, I sleep days, and take melatonin, use ear plugs and eye cover, and white noise for sleep.

your husband has a GREAT attitude toward whatever was done against him. by not letting it fill him with hate & anger he is showing more control & maturity than most people. by not letting it get to him, he is not letting who ever did this get to him. he sounds like a very smart man & you should be proud of him!

I guess it would depend on what you were talking about. But if it doesn`t bother him, then why should it bother you? It`s probably not a big deal at all!!!

maybe he feels that saying that makes him stronger? maybe it really doesn't bother him. some more details on what happened would be nice. then you could get some opinions on whether it would make us mad.
