check the caliper slides and see if they are moving freely. lube them well. also did the caliper piston go back in smoothly when you put the pads on? if it was really hard to get back in, you may have a bad caliper or the brake hose may be restricted. the hoses swell from the inside out when they deteriorate and its hard to detect from looking at the outside.

2003, on the Rubicons only. they're nicely-known on all on the JK's. As for compatability, TJ axles could bolt desirable up. in case you're in a savage backyard and are available across a wrecked Rubicon grab the two axles. they're Dana 40 4's and have 4.10 gears and air lockers from the production facility

Master cylinder pressure release valve stuck?

Wrong caliper. Too big and rubbing on the inside of the wheel?

Rotors on backwards?

i own a shop, and its very possible that one or more of the pads might be on wrong,or there binding,id check to see if the caliper is sticking on it,that's what causes it most of the time, also dirt in the caliper will do this,if they wasn't sticking before ,first thing is to check the pads, and go from there, good luck with it.
