There are a few ways to put stuff on the PSPs Memory Stick.
1. PSP compatible USB Cable connected from PSP to PC
2. Memory Stick Reader connected to PC and insert Memory Stick
3. Wi Fi / Wireless connection
If you have either of the first two then just connect to your PSP or Memory stick to your PC and navigate to the desired folders.
For the Wi Fi you will need to go directly to the source of the Videos in MP4 format. Here are a couple of options.
