headlights, turn signals, AC, & 2 dash lights aren't working at all, but fuses are OK????

the bulbs are probably blown it is common if you think you want to tackle the job yourself (and save allot of money) use Audi world forums and they will have info on how to do it on your specific model.

I have the same car...
I use the software Elsawin 3.3

It give ma all the info that I need to repair the car.
Also a great software is VAG-COM that will diagnostic your car with a laptop and a proper cable.

Sounds like a ground problem or possibly a shorted fusible link....did you test for power at the fuses or just saw they weren't blown? Eautorepair.com has online access to service manuals for a fee.

as all AUDI cars are wired...they practically fuction like an aircraft...command errors usually cause malfunctions like this.Connect ur car with a comp and ul know the error....but dont fumble if u dont know how it works..
