Two towns over from me a police officer was killed last night by someone who felt they were above the law bacause they are related to someone "famous"! I just want to send out my sympathys to the family of the officer, as his daughter was my daughters friend! You can read the story @ www.wmur.com

As bizare as this may sound, the assailant was shot and killed by a passerby who went to aid the officer!

my prayers go out to the family, and thank god for the passerby-er being willing to step in. This is why I legally carry a concealed firearm.

That's a really heartbreaking story.
Now I see what you mean by the celebrity thing.
Why is the fact that he is the ski champion's cousin even related to the story?
Why did his family say that- to justify what he did?
Hearing sad things like these on the news and online just makes me more thankful of what I have.

What a sad post. Tell the family that I will pray for them and I hope that the person who shot him will be brought to justice.

that's really disturbing. he shot the officer and then ran him over. that's down right sick. thank you Gregory Floyd for saving other people from liko kenney.

well i certainly wouldn't call bode miller famous. the part that got me was the passerby that killed him!
