It is impossible to avoid doing things you don't want to do, as long as you keep not wanting to do them. Anybody tells you any different is a liar.

averting appearing some important issues must be due on your guy or woman undesirable lazy habit of in basic terms sitting down on the workstation and surfing, it must be because of the actuality which you're afraid of doing important issues, or which you're afraid of doing too lots of greater effectual issues. then you definately ought to contrive and enact a steady attitude of doing greater of important issues. you like a plan and you're able to persist with it slavishly. you need to commence and write down the flaws and assignments which you have for the next day, and already now you settle on how lots you think of which you will have the flexibility to attain and do. As you not often can impose a sparkling working self-discipline on your self, you won't be able to be self sufficient, and so a member of your guy or woman relatives, or somebody else very close to, ought to settle for and act as your guy or woman uncompromising supervisor, keeping a severe eye on you and given which you somewhat do what you have agreed which you're able to do. In that way you will quickly have the flexibility to work out and luxuriate in some stable leads to your guy or woman artwork, and your frustration will certainly evaporate right into a glow of happiness and delight.

If you dont want to do something because you are afraid, then it is important that you give it a try. If you face that which you are afraid of, then you will a) move towards beating that fear, and b) build faith in yourself. Your fears wilo grow if you dont deal with them.
If you dont want to do something for other reasons, consider what the implications of not doing it will be for other people. If not doing will adversely effect other people, and you do not have a good reason not to want to do it, you may lose respect in yourself.
Generally speaking, consider your reasons before you chose to do or not do anything. It is difficult to give advice other than this - it is a very broad question that you have asked.

Right now, my brother should be helping me take care of some family business that involves legality. Does he give a flying flip... hell no. So, I will have to go it alone , spend my own money which is much less than his, and try to straighten this mess out.

I do my best not to avoid things I don't wanna do. Always, the things I don't wanna do are the things best for me. For example, I don't want to eat so many veggies, I don't want to do my chores, but we need to because they're good for us. We must not avoid them because they're part of our transformation as "maturer" people.
