The ones that stick to my mind, always, are from the movie Snatch.
Turkish, after discovering that Tommy has bought a gun,
Turkish asks, "Protection from whom Tommy, zi Germans?"
The dialog between these two characters is hilarious.
Another great one is from the Matrix, when Morpheus tells Neo and Trinity in the elevator after meeting the Merovingian, What happened happened and couldn't have happened any other way."
