What's a plastic face?

I disagree with the other answers. I have heard people describe "plastic" people when they think these people are hypocrites.
I guess the word plastic applies to a Polyanna attitude, unrealistic, always making excuses for bad behavior of others.
One example. A person vents out problems to this human being hoping for a realistic feedback. Instead the plastic person always without fail, take the other persons(even a stranger) side 100 percent, making excuses for any bad behavior and eventually makes his or her friend ( one who is talking to him or her) miserable .

Someone who has had too much plastic surgery...like...Michael Jackson, Priscilla Presley, Joan Rivers to name a few...

lol i said that a while ago...
it means there face looks like its made of plastic...too shiny too prosthetic...kind of like ken (barbie) doesn't look very normal...like they got a bad tan or something... unnatural
