Dang! Now I've got to go out and look for some Canadian maple syrup to try! Don't think I've ever seen it in the south...

get use to the canadian....
within 10 years or less... due to global warmiing there wont be any maple syrup left to harvet in the US. :-(
Vermonts average temperature will be about the same as Virginia's is now.... and in 15 to 18 years... there wont be any maple syrup on the planet.....
