Is it legal to drive with a 13" high aluminum double decked spoiler in the state of Nevada?

I have to agree with the answers that say contact the NV DMV. I wouldn't think it would matter unless it blocked your rearview line of sight.

Check with them before you buy it.

PS. You know that the spoiler isn't going to do you any good, other than just looks, right? You would need to be upwards of 100mph before any downforce will help handling.

A spoiler on any street legal vehicle is "ALL SHOW and NO GO"......You have to go at least 120 mph for a spoiler to be effective

The only thing a 13" aluminum wing will do is 'spoil' the looks of the car anyway....
