There is no such thing as automatic admissions into med school. Even if you are graduating from Duke, the Ivies, Stanford, UChicago or any other top school you still have to have top MCAT scores and recommendations.

The advantage to graduating from one of these top schools is that they have the faculty, facilities and experience to prepare you really well for the MCAT and the med school courses. The med schools know this and so they actively solicit applications from these schools. If you go to a top school, tend to business and keep focused, your chances of getting into med school will be excellent.

Sorry to break it to you but no school gurantees you a spot in Medical School. The main thing is to make yourself a better candidate then the other appliicants. Here are some tips: an undergrad degree from a private or a well respected school is a plus (try not to take all pre-reqs at a community college), volunteer (for the under privilidge)....GPA and good MCAT scores im pretty sure you know that. I think some schools have an alliance but i don't think thats the case for Med schools. If you don't get in...keep trying...reapplying makes you look dedicated to be Doctor.

I don't know if it has a guaranteed entry to MED school , but I've heard that JOHN HOPKINS is great in Pre-Med.
