My fiancee went to a Seventh Day Adventist university. Since Adventists are typically vegetarian, the cafeteria at the school served notoriously bad vegetarian and vegan food.

She keeps telling about this one thing that they used to have called "spinach Dorito casserole". It was a layered casserole made from Doritos spinach and cheese. She assures me that it was awfully disgusting.
