No bleach. It will turn yellow. They make a white top cleaner. Vinyl or cloth. Get the right one.

I don't know, but maybe you could call a detail place and ask. Or have them do it this one time, and you will know in the future.
If you do use bleach, make sure you water it down well so it doesn't turn it yellow and rinse it off well. Bleach is pretty good at eating through stuff.

you can use a small brush like a tooth brush and a mix of dish washing liquid, and a very small amount of bleach it it,and scrub it,that's a lot cheaper than taking it to a detail shop, but its going to take a little elbow grease to get it to come back clean again, but it will clean up,one thing you can do is clean it and let it dry to see how much it helped it,good luck hope this helps.

Go to the car wash and have one of the guys who normally dries the cars spray some of his heavy duty gunk cleaner on it. We had the same problem and a couple of bucks "tip" did the trick.
Good luck!

try rubbing alcohol, I have used this on my car. it is tough on stains but does not harm your car's paint.
