At your local pet store;
the large chains even have machines where you choose the shape and color of the tag, type in the name and address, and it will engrave it right then and there.

In case the pet gets lost. Although we have stupid rich b*tches like Paris Hilton who get blinged out name tags because she has nothing better to spend her money on! LOL! But for us normal people who actually LOVE their pets its so that if they get lost, whoever finds the pet knows where to call to return them. =]

Patsmart or Petco. You pay $5.00 or so they give you token and you go to the machine, imput your info and walah! you have a pet tag.

Your vet's office should also have sendaway brochures that you can select from.
