Try 30 Seconds to Mars, Panic! At the Disco, Gym Class Heros, Maroon 5, New Found Glory, Sum 41.
Some of the genres are punk. Others are a mix of metal and punk, others are simply rock.

these bands are mostly pop-punk. The Used is more emo/rock. I think some other bands you would like are: AFI, Three days grace, good charlotte, alkaline trio, weezer, bowling for soup, matchbox romance, brand new, motion city soundtrack, taking back sunday, the early november, hinder, and red jumpsuit aparatus to name a few.
i would suggest if you want to know more about each band individually, you visit allmusic.com and type in the band name. this site is awesome because it has the genre of the band, what bands are similar to it, what bands influenced it, and what bands it influences. it also has a list of the albums and album ratings if you are interested in buying an album but dont know which one to get.

nicely you have come to the terrific suited place! merely attempt to spend as lots time on Yahoo solutions as achieveable, get a TC badge to coach how lots time you have wasted here, then finally create an imaginary existence for your self .... oh you have already achieved that. in case you opt to truly take it up a notch, carry out on the Y!A boards and squabble with a gaggle of 50 year olds on Chatzy, then troll around reporting human beings for flimsy motives. then you definately'll comprehend you have quite made it in Loserville.
