If you are asked - just say, I am sorry your skateboard was stolen, but I am not the one who commited the crime. That is all you can say and move on. People are accused all the time of things they may not be guilty of however, YOU and GOD only know the truth. If you are not guilty, you can't spend the rest of your life worrying about what people say and how they look at you. Keep on moving. Either he will find his stakeboard and the true culprit, or he will get another.

Since you've already told his parents, you should ask them to be witnesses. And, I think, if you haven't done anything wrong, no need to worry. just ask him to calm down and explain. Give his skateboard back and show him that you're disappointed as well. They're just attacking you, making false assumptions. Then he's not a very good friend. If his parents say you stole them..I'd want nothing to do with em. Tell your parents and friend what really happened and maybe ask for some advice.

Situation like this stimulate a terrible feeling, like nausea, because you innocently know deep down in your heart that people are thinking negatively of you...

The best way to solve this problem is to walk over to the person who said you stole his skateboard and give him yours. Say, " Although this skateboard is not yours, I am giving it to you in order to get rid of this nauseous feeling you have caused me."

Then go to Modells and buy another skateboard.

I know you don't want to do this, but it is my best advice.

So what is the result of my suggestion? The answer is: You prove to the accuser that you didn't have to steal because you are able to buy one.

Take care, bro. I know how you feel.

I'm usually in the same situation as you........talk to his mom or dad,and if they don't believe you then just forget about it.You didn't do anything to him and you sound like a good friend. If they really hate hate hate you,buy him a pair of Vans shoes(i can tell u guys like skateboarding so yeah...hes still ur buddy rite?)!

Firmly assert your innocence.

If your friend can't be assed to give you the benefit of a doubt, sever contact from him completely. He's likely not going to magically realize you were telling the truth any time soon, or does it make sense to have a friend who doesn't trust you and thinks you're a thief.

Well , if he can't rust you then he aint your real friend . Tell him the truth one last time if he still does not beliebe you tell him thay you are sorry that he can't trust youbut you don't have to prove yourself . ( unless they take you to court over a skateboard .) LOL

Tell him and his parents that you hate to lose him as a friend, but if he doesn't believe you, that's his problem cuz you just didn't steal it from him.
