Yes they can, but you need to have a minimum of 3-4. This is so that if there is aggresion within the tank, that it is not singled out on one betta. Also, it isnt always 100% that they will get along so be ready to make adjustments quick! Good luck.

Females can fight too! There needs to be a group of 3 to live in peace. 2 will pick on each other.

You are correct and as the previous ask suggests, the more the merrier. A group of as few as 3 can work as long as they are about the same size and temperament, however the more you have the better the chances of success. Be watchful at first and ready to remove any that seem too aggressive.

Yes female Betta's can live together. They don't tend to be as aggressive as the males.

you need to have at least three female bettas. I learned my lesson when i bought two and one of the females killed the other. you will have to have three in order to keep the other two from being bullied.

Yes they can, but have no more than 4, even in a 20 gallon tank.

Most of the time, yes.

They can be quite aggressive sometimes though.
