The majority of people will just ignore your presence... some may not even look at you...
Personally, if I receive some vibes that you're receptive with communicating (and mostly if you initiate yourself) I'd talk with you... I'd follow any discussion you begin with and then I'd continue it... the 'do' part... well, what action could one commit with someone unknown?
I always like meeting, at least, someone new... if the other one feels mutually the same.

That depends. If you are wearing cologne, most colognes make me want to vomit. They stink beyond belief, hurt my nose and give me headaches. The residue stays in my mouth and I can taste it. It's quite disgusting. Just because you like to smell like ____, doesn't mean the rest of us do.
If you are fragrance free we are likely to have a great interaction.
