Your break rotors are out of round the metal bemomes distorted from the heat usually caused by city driving or stop and go take the rotors to a parts shop or a repair shop have them check for thickness then they can resurface or you may need to replace.

You have probably let the brake pads get too low and the heat this causes has warped the rotors so that your break pads are not now pressing on a flat surface, which causes the juddering.

you need to either shave the rotors and replace the pads or replace the rotors and the pads . it's always a good idea to check front and rear brakes together so that you have no uneven pulling when you apply the brakes.

Your front rotors are warped. From riding your brakes too much. If the rotors is still okay to be machined, then do it. If not replace them. Also check if your brake pads if they have cracks in them. If the pads have cracks then replace also.

If you a gambling person you can have the rotors cut and the problem will go away but it may come back. A none gambler
would replace the rotors.
