I am liberal and Canadian. I think everyone has there own opinion when it comes to answering questions. Some take it way too serious. . .and I agree some tend to have tunnel vision. But on the other hand if you are going to ask a question you are bound to get some people who have "there" own opinions and refuse to see otherwise.
I don't think there is a way you can tell where an answer comes from unless they state it in there answer or if you check out there profile or 360 page.

Good question.

Unless the poster tells you where there from, you won't know.

On con or lib, you also could have trolls or people just trying to make themselves seem controversial.

Mostly though, if the person is pretty consistent on saying stuff about their "feelings", they're a lib.

For conservative, I like to think more reasoned and deals with facts.

Opinionated and tunnel vision? That applies across the board, con and lib. Difference is, all the USA bashers and anti Bush stuff, is mostly just stupid and idiotic. That's not an opinion, that's a fact.

One more thing, the myth about cons only out for themselves. It's not true. Neither is it true that libs look out for everyone.

~It's easy to tell when someone is NOT from America, if their answer or question is poorly asked, can't spell, they hate Americans, or by their lack of intelligence. You can see their tunnel vision and how their opinions don't make any sense.
To tell if someone is a con or lib...
A Con is out for himself, and a Lib looks out for their entire country, as they should. Americans should put Americans FIRST.~

People are entitled to their views, that does not mean they are tunnel visioned. Where they are from should not matter if you ask a question expect an answer, especially here. By the way weasered you have your political spectrum wrong, socialists and communists are both left wing. How embarrassing especially on a Politics and Government forum.

I can usually tell who is from the UK by their spelling. They place an S where we use a Z. ..and so forth,

The only way we know if someone is liberal or conservative is if they actually claim they are,

But even then, the irony is, we are probably all around the same area on the political spectrum, separated by divisive issues.

Luckily you do not know.

Getting all those details so that you can characterize the answer as good or bad depending on the personal info of the answerer is the definition of prejudice.

You would be better off listening to their views with an open mind and then deciding if you hate their answer or love it, rather than pre-judging.

You can't know what country the question or the answer comes from unless someone tells you. Yes, some of us are opinionated. If the answer is well thought out and logical it is from a conservative. If not than it is from a libturd. By the way your question is two questions you're cheating yahoo out of 5 points.

You don't need to know and that's their right. That's what this site is for , opinions, not for people to convert others or degrade others just because they don't have the same beliefs.

You can't know unless they tell you.

Some people have tunnel vision no matter what the topic is.

You could frame it as part of your question, if you really want to know.

Sometimes there is only one logical answer that does not necessarily mean it correlates to tunnel vision.
